To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • You have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Gift cards

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7 days.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different size/color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
